This refund policy explains when a customer may request a refund for Zavmio service orders.
Before Delivery Starts
If delivery has not started, you may request cancellation and refund review by contacting support.
After Delivery Starts
After delivery starts, refunds depend on order status, service completion, and delivery records.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds may not be available if the customer provides a wrong profile link, changes the profile, blocks delivery, violates platform rules, or requests cancellation after completed delivery.
